About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Team Assistant/Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis. The role will be responsible for providing administrative support and general assistance to all consultants based in Sydney on a daily basis including our Managing Director. In addition, you will be liaising with our shareholders and suppliers. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited too: Providing general administrative support to a collaborative team Monitoring and managing aged debtors alongside accounts team Word Processing – Formatting, Creating and Updating documents On Boarding assistance in conjunction with consultants Record and verify compliance and documentation Ad-Hoc Projects where required Monthly Expense Reconciliation Collaborating with Finance Facilities and advisors Minor social media engagement and collaboration with marketing team About you: Experience in a similar accounts administrative role will be highly regarded Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail Positive attitude, and proactive mindset Able to work independently Competent use of Microsoft Office Suite, Employment Hero and Xero The ability to formulate and administer Excel spreadsheets will be highly desired Ability to work autonomously and within a Team Environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information Please contact Jennifer on 02 8005 2009 or alternatively send an email to jennifer.nguyen@fusionpeople.com.au to express your interest.
